The Smyrna Speakeasy will feature a night of local history, distillery tours, prohibition talks, classic cars, local food by Main Street Market, music and libations!
Along with spirits from Painted Stave Distilling,
Harvest Ridge Winery will be pouring juice and
Blue Early Brewing will be on hand with their giggle water

This fun night will officially kick off our new long term exhibit at the Smyrna Museum:“Smyrna-Clayton Culture, Life in the Early 20th Century”

Now Seeking Local Loans for Exhibit!
Our new summer exhibits are starting to come together and we are currently seeking loan items for display with Clayton significance and/or any items linked to life in Smyrna & Clayton during the 1910’s and 1920’s. These could be letters, photographs, business promotional items, cannery labels, or even oral histories. All items will be returned at the conclusion of the exhibit. Message us or stop into the Museum for more information! Please share this post with your local friends and help us spread the word!
We are currently seeking items related to the Town of Clayton prior to 1930.
Please contact us if you have any items to be loaned into this exhibit.
We are excited to announce that our next big exhibit will feature life and culture in Smyrna and Clayton from the turn of the twentieth century through 1920. We are looking for local items from that time period to add into our display. Photographs, clothing, books, letters from WWI, sheet music, etc. If you have any items available for loan, please contact us at the Smyrna Museum. 302.653.1320.
Our “Civil War in Smyrna” exhibit will run through May 2015 to coincide with all of the great Civil War events happening around the State as we wind down our Sesquicentennial program.
As always, our exhibits and tours are free to the public and family friendly! We are open Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm.
